Our client, a large, international law firm, requires an Events Executive to cover a 12-month Fixed Term Contract position. This role offers an excellent salary and benefits and would suit an experienced Events professional.  Experience working within a professional services environment would be a plus. Salary: to €45k DOE

Total Package: up to €50k

Duties:

• Creating and managing various events and webinars for different departments across the firm.
• Supporting Event communications to include writing, editing, reviewing and issuing
  communications.
• Liaising with Manager to ensure top quality events.
• Preparing event materials including delegate lists, name badges, packs etc.
• Building strong relationships with external venues and suppliers.
• Maintaining client attendance data on the CRM system.
• Liaising with the larger marketing team on branding, content, promotion and social media.
• Assisting with budget management for all events.
• Continuously looking for new events opportunities, guest speakers and event technologies.
• Event reporting.
• Providing regular updates to the wider Marketing Team and Senior Management within the Firm.
• Support with any other duties as required.

Experience:

• BA in Marketing or related
• 3-5+years Events experience ideally within a corporate environment.
• Excellent ability to deliver complex events, including both virtually and in-person events.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Organised and flexible on supporting on multiple projects.
• Excellent IT skills (MS Office-Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
