Corporate Receptionist – 12 Month FTC

A Market Leading Corporate Firm have a vacancy for a Receptionist with previous C-Suite experience.  This is a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract. The role is situated on the Client Floor and provides a 5* service to all clients to the Firm.  Liaising with IT, Catering and Facilities the successful candidate will work as part of a professional reception team to ensure everything runs smoothly.  Candidates should be available to work shifts rotating weekly :  07.45-16:15, 9:00-17:30 and 10:00-18.30.  Call Orla on 01 8456312 for details

Salary:  to €45k

Overall Package:  Circa €50k

The Role:

  • Meeting and greeting clients.
  • Answering a high volume of telephone calls.
  • Managing internal meeting rooms and related catering.
  • Booking taxis.
  • Issuing Access/ID cards.
  • Managing various administrative tasks.
  • Resolving queries.

  • Professional and reliable, with good energy and enjoys a client focused role.
  • You are flexible, can multi-task, prioritise and work well under pressure.
  • You have experience of working in a corporate environment and are a natural team player.
  • Display discretion at all times.
