The Role: 

• Welcome and assist clients with professionalism and warmth.
• Manage a high volume of telephone calls effectively.
• Coordinate internal meeting room bookings, including catering arrangements.
• Book taxis and issue swipe cards as needed.
• Handle a range of administrative tasks and respond to queries promptly.

The Candidate: 

• Is highly professional, reliable, and brings energy and focus to their work.
• Thrives in a busy environment, with the ability to multitask, prioritise, and remain calm under pressure.
• Is an engaging, confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Is organised, proactive, and capable of working independently.
• Has a minimum of two years’ experience in a corporate environment and enjoys being part of a team.
• Is dependable, adaptable, and willing to work shifts (between 7:45 am and 6:30 pm).
• Understands and values the importance of confidentiality in their role.
