The Role: 

• Manage all aspect of residential conveyancing transactions.
• Conduct thorough title investigations, identify potential risks and develop solutions to resolve any issues that arise.
• Build strong relationships with clients maintaining effective communication throughout the transaction and ensuring our clients best interests are represented at all times.
• Manage relationship with financial institutions, estate agents, brokers, surveyors and other third parties to facilitate smooth transactions for our clients

The Candidate:

• Minimum 3 years PQE with experience in conveyancing.
• Probate and Wills experience an advantage.
• Strong organisational skills, good attention to detail and the ability to manage own caseload.
• Strong communications and interpersonal skills with a proven record of building relationships with clients.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Solution orientated with a proactive approach to representing our clients’ interests.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Work, Excel, Outlook) and legal Case Management systems
