The Candidate: 

• The ideal candidate will be an ambitious and enthusiastic candidate with a good work ethic and excellent organisation and time management skills.
• Have experience in transactional work, including acquisitions and disposals of mixed, commercial and residential developments and share and asset purchase and sales.
• Have experience in drafting and negotiation of commercial leases.
• Have experience in Company reorganisations, acquisitions and disposals
• Experience of MS Office and Keyhouse Case Management System is an advantage.
• Be Client focused with excellent communication skills.
