The role will primarily focus on producing and coordinating successful pitch and tender documents across various practice areas, while also contributing to broader business development initiatives. Salary: to €55k DOE

Duties:
Preparing and coordinating pitches, tenders, and presentations for large panel reviews and smaller bids for both public and private clients, both in Ireland and internationally.
Overseeing the formatting and layout of response documents, ensuring compliance with client requirements and the firm’s branding guidelines.
Maintaining and updating tender documents and the tender library.
Regularly updating and managing the tenders/pitches database.
Conducting post-tender analysis and providing detailed reports.
Contributing to the continuous improvement of bid processes and the adoption of best practices.
Assisting in driving proactive business development initiatives and enhancing client relationship management.
Ensuring the firm’s CRM system, InterAction, is regularly updated with client business development and relationship management data.
