Experience:

Our client is looking for Solicitors (1-4 Years’ PQE) who have the following skills \ experience.

• Drafting and reviewing finance and security documents.
• Good knowledge of legislative frameworks.
• Advising in relation to lending and security queries.
• Advising on Company Law issues.
• Excellent drafting skills and attention to detail
• Proven experience of managing files and interacting directly with clients
• Confidence in taking responsibility for work requirements and client needs
• Proven ability to deliver high quality work
• Flexible approach to work
• Ability to work alone and as part of a team, be pragmatic and to stay calm under pressure
• Ability to prioritise tasks and to meet deadlines
